✨ How will my order be shipped?

All my works are carefully packaged, as if you were unwrapping a present.
Original canvas paintings are protected with bubble wrap or foam and shipped in sturdy cardboard.
Works on paper are packaged in acid-free paper and flat packaging, ensuring they arrive safely and wrinkle-free.

✨ How are the fine art prints shipped?

The prints are made and shipped by the printspace. Therefore, different shipping costs apply.

• All prints are produced and shipped by The Printspace .
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the country and size of the print.
• Free shipping and standard rates do not apply; costs are calculated and processed directly by The Printspace.

✨ When can I expect my order?

Orders ship within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation and a track & trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

✨ Do you ship internationally?

I ship within Europe. Orders outside Europe can only be shipped upon request; please contact me to discuss the feasibility. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note: Any import duties or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

✨ Can I return my order?

Original artwork cannot be returned.
Prints and products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact me at info@merelalphenaar.com.

✨ Can I reserve or have a work of art made?
