River Within is the first study for my future series New Unconditional Love, a collection that explores the mystery and vulnerability of pregnancy. This series originated from a personal wish: the hope for a third child, which has long been with us, but also the grief after three miscarriages.

This work is a whisper of that longing. The soft lines, the use of rollers, the transparency of the layers: everything breathes inner movement.
