The quit guard began with intuitive markmaking, an exercise in letting go, experimenting, and listening to what wants to emerge.

From those first layers, in acrylic paint and movement, a figure emerged:
a guardian, strong and silent, embedded in flowers and violet tones.

The oil paint finish gave the work depth, texture and soul.
The bull looks at you without judgment, determined, gentle, and full of presence.

This work is part of my Early Works : studies I made during my education, in which I searched for my voice as an artist.
Yet this piece feels like a milestone, a meeting between strength and feeling.
